Fish Translator respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, you may file a DMCA takedown notice following the procedure below.
Submit a Takedown Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (including URLs on our site) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for any district where we may be found if you’re outside the U.S.), and consent to service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
